With an incredibly broad history of experience in the travel industry, Mike started at the travel agency level in corporate sales, followed by a successful 10 year sales and sales management run at Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International. From there, another 10 years of senior management roles at The Globus family of brands, focused on group sales, department management, business development, and distribution channel creation and expansion. Most recently, President roles at Brightspark USA, a student travel operator, formerly part of the TUI Travel conglomerate, and Destination America, an inbound receptive operator that is part of The Travel Corporation. In these last two roles, Mike broadened his industry experience into operations and product development, as well as complete organizational structure and full P & L responsibility.
